An original hand colored print titled: Sachsen-Weimar-Eisenach. Soldat im Mantel, Sergeant, Vice-Unteroffizier, Grossherzoglich Sachsisches Infanterie-Regiment. 1866. It is Band IX, Plate 17, Uniformenkunde Gesamtverzeichnis no. 947, from the Uniformenkunde series of 1060 plates created by Richard Knotel to illustrate world uniforms from the 17th century to just prior to WWI.
The plate is from the original 1898 printing by Max Babenzien in Rathenow.
The condition is as shown in the product images which are photographs of the actual plate. The plate is in good condition. There are the remains on the back of the glue strip where it was attached to a book.
