An original hand colored print titled: England. Beon-Jager, Beon-Husar, Broglies-Grenadier, Hompesch-Husar, Hompesch-Jager, Franzosische Emigrantentruppen in Englischen Diensten. 1795. It is Band V, Plate 44, Uniformenkunde Gesamtverzeichnis no. 137, from the Uniformenkunde series of 1060 plates created by Richard Knotel to illustrate world uniforms from the 17th century to just prior to WWI.
The plate is from the original 1894 printing by Max Babenzien in Rathenow.
The condition is as shown in the product images which are photographs of the actual plate. The plate is in fair condition with water stains on the bottom, a small tear in the top left center, and a piece of white cardboard glued to the back.
